update (more crazy goodenough adventures coming soon)

Okay Charissa here is a little of whats going on, I'm afraid it's not too exciting to read about:

We are moving in one week. We're not sure where. We are very thankful to be together and have another day to see and declare God's goodness.
We are looking forward to spending Christmas with the Smith family down the street.
This week Zion turned 13 and Ephraim turned 18. We took them both to see The Hobbit.
We are all learning Spanish by talking to the people at the park, Feria, bus etc.
I was able to get my RUT and my Carnet. (Thank you Mr. Barahona). This gives me residency for 1 year. Lazuli is a Chilean citizen. Now Leon and the children need to get their residency.
A few Sundays ago we took 3 metros and a bus to meet with people for church. We had never met any of them yet they took us in and kissed us all. It's the Chilean way.
Last Sunday someone there asked me what I do all day. Here it is:

6-7:30 make breakfast. A typical breakfast would be: 10 oranges, 10 apples, 10 small peaches, lots of Chirimoya (an ugly fruit that tastes delicious and will cure many ills), 2 frying pans full of chopped potatoes, onions, carrots, garlic. (or scrambled eggs), 11 batches of pancakes with honey-butter topping.
8:00 clean up
8:30 family bible study and reading time
9:30-11:30 Individual book work (mostly arithmetic)
11:30 outdoor Exercise
12 lunch (typically potatoes or fruit)
12:30 clean up (during this time, I nurse the baby and read Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in Spanish, it helps me to learn Spanish)
1:30-3:00 alone time (those from about 8 years old and up usually do school, the little ones nap everyone stays alone and quiet in the place chosen for them)
3:00 finish school, take showers, finish any personal chores and then go play at the park
6:30 Leon get's home for dinner (lots of veggies and soup)
7:00 clean up
7:30-9pm bible study, worship book, Spanish lesson with Rocket, family book (right now we're on a George McDonald book called, "Annals of a quiet neighborhood", and I highly recommend it.)
