notes and Levina

We got our biggest snowfall of the season last night.  It looks like 5 or 6 inches and coming down thick and silent.  It's too bad we sold our snow tires.
Ephraim and Leon are both studying and taking tests.  Ephraim's are CLEP's and Dantes, Leon's are more Microsoft certification tests.  We bought study materials for Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) but haven't had time to really dive into that yet.  I'm learning Spanish aggressively.
We are looking forward to the Baxter's coming for Thanksgiving again.

I am kept a little warmer and more alive by my love for Levina.  She turns 7 this month.  Please pray for her to be full of hope and cheer.  Her new family doesn't  know what God's plan is for her life or if she will live long enough for them to hold her.  But, it was right for them to choose her.  It is right for them to try.  They share now in that compassion and love that hurts but is so real we feel it's goodness.
