strongholds and our Hero

Our acquaintances the Ruselers have just adopted a two year old toddler girl. I look forward to attending her baby shower.
We are cleaning up around here and working on organizing (one of my favorite things to do). We are working on not arguing or complaining. I had let it get bad again.
Those pesky chickens are eating 50 pounds of feed a week.
The children make sure to exercise me every day to get me ready for birth and recovery.
p.s did I mention we're potty training (one of my least favorite things to do). It's like having a puppy.
Well, our new friends the Johnson's have just returned from Ethiopia with their newest daughter. Our acquaintances the Klements have recently received their 5 new children from Liberia.
That's always encouraging to us. We haven't heard anything about our boys.

We are learning about boundaries and not trying to please others. We are also learning how destructive trying to please others and judging others can be. Satan has such a stronghold in North Idaho in the area of following and seeking after mans standards instead of God's. I'm sure that's why Bill Gothard's teachings have been embraced so strongly by the church here in North Idaho. This way of following mans standards and trying to please man is definitely the 'bad news' and not the Good News that we are told to tell.
Thank you Jesus! I agree with the band Danielson when I sing out loud; "won't YOU be my judge Lord, won't you be my judge." He's such a good judge. He's the only one that we can trust to have that position of judge in our life. He not only gives us his glorious word but, he gives us the Spirit to interpret for us and He himself walks the road with us. Thank you Lord!
Have a great day with your children and spouses who are a huge part of the community of fellowship that God has given you.
Love , Jennifer
