Pastor Joe should be picking up our Dossier from the Minister today and taking it to the courts to get a court order. The court order is to demand the Minister to hand over the children's case histories to Pastor Joe. With these case histories Pastor Joe should be able to complete the adoption for us.
We were pretty sure that we weren't going to be able to adopt them because of the new laws which seemed inevitable. It's in God's hands and we are open to other types of adoptions or whatever God has in mind. We weren't pursuing other adoptions because we kept feeling that God wanted us to wait until He gave us closure about Simeon and Patrick.
Sometimes we have such a longing to have them here where we can take care of them and get to know them and introduce them to Jesus. Then we think that that longing may just be God's way to get us to pray for them. So we do. It would be so amazing to get to have them after all; My sons. We are all filled with eagerness and love.

My husband and I and two boys are adopting a little girl from Liberia through Angels Haven. Our homestudy will be done in two weeks and then we can send out our dossier. I just happened across your site and was excited to see you are finally moving through the system. It is very encouraging to us to know someone is getting closer to bringing their children home.
We will definately keep watching your site for updates.
I love reading your blogs...a struggle with hope threaded perfectly into every word. We pray for you and love you and your steadfast faith. Love and Hugs - Erin & Chris, Flannery & Cannon
